Submit NOC of Vehicle
Submit No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) of a vehicle in new RTO.
If the owner of the vehicle changes his/her residence or sells the vehicle outside of the RTO jurisdiction where the vehicle is currently registered. Then the owner shall file the application for issue of clearance certificate with the registering authority where the vehicle is registered.

In Case Owner is Residing in a Rental House, Owner Has to Submit:
Vehicle Invoice (Only in Case of Vehicle from Other State)
Report of N.C.R.B. (Only in Case of Vehicle from Other State)
Sales Tax NOC for Entry Tax (Only if Vehicle is Less Than 3 Years Old)
In Case the Vehicle is From Other State, Additional Documents may be Required.
If the Vehicle is From Other State, Then the Vehicle Shall Be Produced Before the RTO Authority for Inspection and Shall Pay One Time Tax to the Concerned RTO. If the NOC is not Submitted within 15 days from the date of issue, A fine of Rs. 500 will be incurred.
