My RTO provides the [myrto.in] Web site as a service to the public. myrto.in is a privately owned website that is not owned or operated by any government agency.
This Site is a privately owned, for-profit website owned by My RTO. and is not owned, operated or affiliated with the Government. This Site was created to provide access to information and resources for needs related to the Regional Transport Department by the public.
The website myrto.in helps it’s users to assign reliable representatives to handle their RTO Related work, in a hassle-free way while being a moderating authority to the representatives providing services to it’s users. Although the representatives the website appoint to carry on it’s services which are background checked and trained, My RTO. is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information and services contained and referred through this site.
Disclaimer
My RTO is not responsible for the documents if lost or damaged during the process. My RTO is not responsible for the damages or losses of any kind caused by the delay of executing the process by government officials. In of case DL Renewal, C/N, C/A or RC Duplicate, RRC, T.O. these documents will be sent by speed post by RTO office. And if your door is locked or no response is received from your side then the speed post will be returned to RTO office, from where you will have to collect your documents by presenting a valid I.D. proof. Some times it may take five to seven weeks to receive RC or DL. In such cases discussed above My RTO is not responsible for the delay caused.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your payment for our services, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Refund settlement may take 7 working days to be completed. For any refund related query, please contact us directly.
We may process your refund request if they fulfill certain conditions:
- You cancel the booking request.
- Service Provider rejects the service without starting the paperwork.
- We have to cancel the service booking in case of incomplete or insufficient documents provided.
We deduct visiting charges for a confirmed appointment, service provider visits the place of meeting.
In case the paperwork has been started and the client terminates the service. In such case documentation, charges will be deducted before processing the refund.
